Kniphofia Collection: Candy Cornflower

“Trick or treat! Trick or treat!” They bellow enthusiastically.

I open the garden and graciously offer a field of torch lilies.

“Is this… corn?” The little tricksters sulk at my sweets. “This is the worst garden on the block!”

“Actually, it’s kniphofia 'candy corn'”, I try to explain but they turn up their beaks and fly away.

Oh well, I never mind holding on to some leftover candy corn.
